Ever wanted to ride one of the CykelVasan races? Then this weekend is for you!
SkiStar, Vasaloppet and SHe Rides are joining forces to encourage more women to start cycling through an inspiring cycling weekend in Lindvallen, Sälen together with other women.
We’ll stay in comfort at the wonderful SkiStar Lodge and cycle on the different trails in the cycling area and the Vasaloppet Arena.
The coaches and SHe Rides
The main coach is Jessica Clarén, official Vasaloppet Coach, elite cyclist and founder of SHe Rides. The other coaches are also women and are from the TEAM SHe Rides and the SHe Rides Community.
SHe Rides is a cycling club and a community for anyone who wants to try out, experience and develop their cycling. The weekend's focus is on inspiration, community, the joy of training, the chance to hang out together, and, of course, learning mountain biking techniques.
After our day’s activities, we’ll meet up for the après bike and relax in the hotel's fantastic SPA and Sauna World.

Finish off with a welcome meeting, goodie bag and After Bike.
Saturday

07:30-09:00 Bike Check with the supplier - opportunity to have your bike checked before the weekend
09:00-11:30 Bikepass block #1 - Get the basics right - Bike Skills
12:00-13:30 Lunch
13:30-14:30 Lecture TBD
14:30-15:30 Bike Service Clinic, coffee & sweet treats and Pre Ride snack
15:30-18:00 BikePass block #2 - Continuation of the basics, ending with 60-minute group cycling on the trails
19:00 Dinner with plenty of cycling inspiration
20:00-22:00 Mingling and networking in the lobby bar
Sunday
07:15-08:00 Morning Yoga for cyclists - Optional for those who like to be active in the mornings. Mobility training and soft flows for the cycling body.
08:00-09:30 Breakfast
13:30-14:30 Bikepass block #3 - We’ll split into different groups based on Saturday's progress
12:30-13:30 Lunch and closing snack - plenty of cycling inspiration
