The SkiWeek wristband and SkiPass are handed out together to the person responsible for the booking at the designated pick-up point on site. If the person responsible for the booking is not the first to arrive, they can send a representative. You will receive further information about this closer to arrival.
All participants must register to access all the discounts and offers linked to the SkiWeek band. Please do this as soon as you have a confirmed booking for the SkiWeek package so as not to miss any information about the programme or similar.
Information and a link to registration will be given to the person making the booking in the confirmation and they are responsible for ensuring that everyone registers. The link will also be available here on the website.
Extra luggage storage and the SkiWeek Service Desk for SkiWeek participants will be available next to the SkiStar Lodge Skalspasset. You will receive further information about this closer to arrival.
We reserve the right that it may be full.

Accommodation in the package is unspecified. This means that you don't know where you will be staying until about 4 weeks before arrival. We work to ensure that everyone is accommodated as well as possible, close to their group, taking into account preferences, etc.
SkiStar will contact the booking manager around 4 weeks before arrival. You will then be told how many apartments you will have and how many beds each apartment has.
You'll also be given a name document to fill in how you allocate your accommodation and send back to us so that you can get all the check-in and check-out details.
Extra beds in the form of sofa beds may count as one bed in the accommodation allocation.
No, you will only be allowed to stay with those you have booked with, even if there is an uneven number etc.
This depends entirely on the flats you are allocated, the most common is to have 4-6 places in each flat. Under no circumstances should the maximum number of people stated in the accommodation description be exceeded.
You will have to organise the distribution between the flats you are allocated, we only require one person responsible for each unit.
Report this immediately upon discovery to SkiStar's on-site customer support on +46 (0)108 10 96 47.
When you check in, we ask you to go through the apartment and check that everything looks OK. If damage or similar is discovered after check-out that was not known beforehand, you will be liable for compensation.
You, as the booking manager, should spread this to all participants, as it is you (or the association you represent) who is the legal customer.
It varies and since you book unspecified accommodation, you do not know until closer to arrival what accommodation you will get. So sauna can not be guaranteed.
These can be found in the booking conditions, which are available online and sent to all bookers. It is important that all participants know what the rules are regarding night-time behaviour etc.
We strongly recommend that you leave the Bluetooth speaker at home, they are ‘too good’.
The music, and especially the bass, will be heard well between apartments regardless of where you live and is likely to result in disturbing the neighbours, which may lead to a visit from a security guard and a charge.
No, you won't. If someone calls in and reports a disturbance, no warning will be issued, but you may receive an administrative fine immediately. This also applies if the security guards discover that the rules of behaviour are being broken during their patrols in our areas. Read more about this in the booking conditions.

No, you can not.
With the SkiWeek voucher, you get a 20% discount on both ski hire and ski school/ski experiences at SkiStar. The discount code will be sent to you in an email immediately after you have confirmed your booking.
You enter the code first in the checkout screen when you select your equipment online. That is, in the "checkout" just before you make the payment.
You will receive the same discount on site on presentation of your SkiWeek wristband. We strongly recommend that you pre-book your equipment to reduce queues on site, so that you too can get out on the slopes faster.
Yes, especially for those of you travelling with SkiWeek, there will be both an après-ski and a nightclub at Restaurant Passet.
Information and details will be sent out to everyone who has booked as it gets closer.
We can help you book accommodation for bus drivers. We usually place them in a suitable location and always try to organise an early check-in so that they can rest as quickly as possible.
Many bus companies require single rooms and/or breakfast where their staff are staying, in other words we will try to book them into a hotel. If the hotels that we at SkiStar operate in Vemdalen are fully booked, we will refer you directly to other operators.
There will be some bus parking up at Skalets torg which is free of charge. Please let us know at SkiStar if you are coming by bus so we can help to optimise.
