Awards and prizes

October 2024: We win the Swedish industry organisation SLAO's first Sustainability Award for our pilot project with Hammarbybacken as a fossil-free ski resort.

October 2023: SkiStar's climbing park Hammarbybacken wins the 2023 tree protection award (Träskyddspriset) thanks to its careful selection of materials. The award was presented by Svenska Träskyddsföreningen (Swedish Wood Protection Association).

December 2022: Destinasjonsselskapet Hemsedal (which we are part of) has been named as a Sustainable Destination following over 10 years of targeted work on sustainability. The award was presented by Innovation Norway.
