Are you ready for a running experience like no other? Trysil Trail 2025 is more than just a race, it's a weekend full of running that gives you the opportunity to test your limits in a spectacular mountain landscape.
From July 31st to August 3rd, Fageråsen in Trysil will transform into a mecca for trail runners, with the start and finish at SkiStar Lodge Trysil. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, unforgettable nature experiences and challenges await.
The Races
Choose between different distances and enjoy the changing scenery from mountain tops to forest trails.
Race Day 1
- Mountain Race – A challenge for those who want to get to the top quickly.
- HOKA Kids Run – For the youngest adventurers.
- HOKA Trysil 4 K – Perfect for beginners and speed-loving runners.
Race Day 2
- HOKA Trysil 14 K – A balanced challenge with amazing views.
- HOKA Trysil 24 K – A true test for those who want to push their limits.

SkiStar Lodge Trysil will be the gathering point for the event, with comfortable facilities and an atmosphere filled with running joy. Trysil Trail by HOKA are organized in collaboration with Marathongruppen, an experienced organizer ensuring a well-organized experience.

Eat well at Norway's best mountain hotel
In Trysil you will find, among other things, Norway's two best mountain hotels, the Radisson Blu Resort and SkiStar Lodge Trysil. Both hotels offer a great selection of food and beverage experiences, ranging from authentic Italian espresso to large buffets and American hamburgers. In addition to the hotel restaurants, Trysil has a wide range of dining options, which you can access without having to take off your skis. Breakfast, lunch, après-ski and dinner in the evening.

Mountain holiday in Trysil
SkiStar Trysil is best known as Norway's biggest ski resort, but during the summer it transforms into one of Scandinavia's greatest cycling destinations with over 170 km of close-to-nature cycling for all levels. There's also hiking, a climbing park and river activities, as well as an adventure park with fun and games for the whole family.
