The Mountain Bike Camp 2025 is organised by SkiStar Trysil and Radisson Blu Resort Trysil. By registering, both the participant and their parent/guardian accept the following rules and guidelines.
Registration is binding.
If you need to cancel, please contact the camp project manager as early as possible.
It is not permitted to transfer your place to someone else.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will be refunded minus a NOK 1,000 fee.
No refunds are given for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp, regardless of reason.
Please notify us in case of illness or other unavoidable circumstances, even though this does not entitle you to a refund.
Participation is at the participant’s and guardian’s own risk.
It is the guardian’s responsibility to ensure the participant and their equipment are properly insured.
Participants must assess their own ability in relation to trail difficulty.
The organisers are not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during the camp.
Helmets are mandatory for all cycling activities.
Gloves and protective gear (back, elbows, knees) are strongly recommended.
A safety briefing will be held on the first day of camp.
Safety is our highest priority, and all participants are expected to follow the rules and instructions given.
We aim to create a safe and inclusive camp for all.
Bullying, harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
The camp is strictly alcohol- and drug-free. This includes tobacco, narcotics, and performance-enhancing substances.
Energy drinks and portable speakers are not allowed and will be collected and stored for the duration of the camp.
Guardians are financially responsible for any damage to property caused by their child.
To ensure participant safety and maintain oversight at all times, the following applies:
All participants must stay in their assigned hotel room for the entire duration of the camp.
Coming and going during the week is not permitted, nor is pick-up or drop-off mid-camp.
The camp is designed as a shared experience from beginning to end.
Any requests for absence must be made in advance and approved by the organisers.
Social events such as birthdays or football matches are generally not considered valid reasons for leave.
We recommend that each participant brings only one bike.
Guardians are responsible for preparing their child for the camp rules and ensuring they are followed.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss something in advance, please feel free to get in touch.
We want both children and parents to feel well-informed and confident about taking part in the camp.
