Terms and conditions

The mountain bike camp 202 is organised by SkiStar Trysil and Radisson Blu Resort Trysil.

Guardians and participants accept the following rules and guidelines for participation when registering:
1. Registration is binding.

2. In the event of cancellation, the camp's project manager must be contacted immediately.
- It is not permitted to sell your place to others.
- A cancellation fee of NOK 1,000 will be charged up to 7 days before the arrival date. Thereafter, there is no refund of the registration fee.

3. If a participant chooses to withdraw from the camp due to illness or other reasons, the organiser must be notified immediately. This does not entitle the participant to a financial refund.

4. All participation in the Mountain Bike Camp 2025, from 22-27 June, is at the sole responsibility and risk of the parents and the participant. The parent/guardian is responsible for ensuring that the participant and any bikes and other equipment brought along are insured.

5. All participants must wear a helmet during all cycling activities. Other protective equipment such as gloves, back, elbow and knee protection is strongly recommended.

6. The participant is responsible for assessing the terrain, elements and skills in relation to the degree of difficulty. The organiser is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the camp.

7. The event is drug-free! This includes drugs, alcohol, tobacco and doping substances. In case of violation, the participant will be sent home immediately without financial refund.

We will also confiscate all energy drinks during the stay.

8. Vandalism and damage to other people's property must be replaced by the participant's guardian. In serious cases, the participant will be sent home immediately, without financial refund.

9. Campers cannot ‘come and go as they please’. This includes all participants sleeping in designated hotel rooms every night for the duration of the camp and cannot be picked up and dropped off by parents.
Leave of absence from the camp must be notified to the organiser well in advance so that we have control and an overview of all participants at all times. Football matches, birthdays or similar are not considered grounds for leave.

10. The camp is bully-free! Bullying or harassment may result in the participant being sent home immediately, without economic refund.

11. Parents/guardians authorise their children to be photographed and filmed during the camp.  These may be used on the website and in social media for publicity and marketing of the camp.

12. It is not permitted to bring speakers/sound boxes or energy drinks. In the event of an offence, these will be confiscated during the camp.
We recommend that participants only bring a bicycle.
