Friday
- 14:00 – Social Ride - Shake Your Legs Out
Ends with a welcome meeting, goodie bag, and After Bike.
- From 16:00 – Check-in
- 19:00 – Welcome Dinner
Saturday
- 07:00-09:00 – Breakfast
- 07:30-09:00 – Bike Check
- 09:00-11:30 – Bike Session #1
Get the basics right – Bike Skills.
- 12:00-13:30 – Lunch
- 13:30-14:30 – Talk #1
- 14:30-15:30 – Bike Service Clinic
- 14:30-15:30 – Coffee & Pre-Ride Snack
- 15:30-18:00 – Bike Session #2
Continuing basics, ending with 60 minutes of group riding on the trails.
- 19:00 – Dinner with biking and inspiration discussions.
- 20:00-22:00 – Social & Networking in the lobby bar.
Sunday
- 07:15-08:00 – Morning Yoga for Cyclists
Optional for early risers.
- 08:00-09:30 – Breakfast
- 10:00-12:00 – Bike Session #3
We’ll split into groups based on Saturday’s progress.
- 12:30-13:30 – Lunch & Closing Talk
With biking and inspiration discussions.
