Here’s the full programme for the weekend! We’ve put together an inspiring mix of cycling, skills training, talks, and social activities – all designed to give you a fun and rewarding experience.

Friday

  • 14:00 – Social Ride - Shake Your Legs Out
    Ends with a welcome meeting, goodie bag, and After Bike.
  • From 16:00 – Check-in
  • 19:00 – Welcome Dinner

Saturday

  • 07:00-09:00 – Breakfast
  • 07:30-09:00 – Bike Check
  • 09:00-11:30 – Bike Session #1
    Get the basics right – Bike Skills.
  • 12:00-13:30 – Lunch
  • 13:30-14:30 – Talk #1
  • 14:30-15:30 – Bike Service Clinic
  • 14:30-15:30 – Coffee & Pre-Ride Snack
  • 15:30-18:00 – Bike Session #2
    Continuing basics, ending with 60 minutes of group riding on the trails.
  • 19:00 – Dinner with biking and inspiration discussions.
  • 20:00-22:00 – Social & Networking in the lobby bar.

Sunday

  • 07:15-08:00 – Morning Yoga for Cyclists
    Optional for early risers.
  • 08:00-09:30 – Breakfast
  • 10:00-12:00 – Bike Session #3
    We’ll split into groups based on Saturday’s progress.
  • 12:30-13:30 – Lunch & Closing Talk
    With biking and inspiration discussions.
