Cross-country skiing trail in Björnen

CROSS-COUNTRY ARENA BJÖRNEN

Cross-country Arena Björnen offers snow-sure cross-country skiing in sheltered forest terrain. Adjacent to the arena are a heated shelter, toilets and a ski waxing shed. 

Illuminated: 7 am -10 pm when needed
Preparation: takes place at some point between 05:00-09:00

HOW TO get to CROSS-COUNTRY ARENA BJÖRNEN

The Ski bus makes it easy to get to the arena, a stop is located nearby. The bus is free for SkiPass or Cross-CountryPass holders. If you are arriving by car there is parking adjacent to the entrance to the arena, park here ». 

Cross-country skiing trails in Duved

CROSS-COUNTRY Arena DUVED

Cross-Country Arena Duved offers both skating and classic skiing, as well as illuminated trails. 

Illuminated: 7 am -10 pm when needed
Preparation: takes place at some point between 05:00-09:00 

Technique training/sprint course A 400 metre long track with curves, bumps and short but steep hills. Located 200 metres from the Trail Centre (Hamrelia).

The Ski bus makes it easy to get to the arena, a stop is located nearby. The bus is free for SkiPass or Cross-CountryPass holders. If you are arriving by car there is a car park next to the arena entrance, park here ». 

You can start your ski tour or exercise round from the car park between Renen and Föreningshuset or from the Trail Centre 300 meters west of Hamreliften. From the mountain guest house Millestgården, Backs and Pålles cabin villages in Duved’s most westerly part, you can start via connecting trails.

Cross-country skiing trail in Ullådalen

Ullådalen is the starting point for many routes marked with X signs, but also has two prepared routes. The Ullådal area can be reached via the road to Ullådalen’s parking or ski lift from Tegefjäll right up to 800 metres above sea level, in order to then slide down to the cross-country skiing trails.

There is also a ski bus from Duved and Åre to Rödkullen, which is adjacent to Ullådalen. From the ski buses in Rödkullen it is approx. 1.5 km to Ullådalen’s trail centre.
