Full terms and conditions for SkiStar shareholder discounts

As a share holder in SkiStar, you receive additional benefits during your mountain holiday at our alpine destinations in Sälen (Lindvallen, Högfjället, Tandådalen and Hundfjället), Åre (Björnen, Åre Village, Tegefjäll and Duved), Vemdalen (Vemdalsskalet, Björnrike, Klövsjö and Storhogna), Hemsedal and Trysil.

Benefits means that you as share holder, including you family (spouse/partner as well as own children under 18), get a 15% discount on SkiPass/BikePass/TrailPass, ski school, online shopping at skistarshop.com and on purchases made in SkiStarshops and in SkiStarshop Concept Stores and on ski rental/bike rental (which is operated within the group) in Sälen, Åre, Vemdalen, Hemsedal, and Trysil. The benefit also applies to Sälen's and Åre's climbing parks. 

You must own at least 200 shares in SkiStar, which are to be placed into a share account or share depository/ISK account. 

Our share holders are updated with personal numbers in our customer database, which, in turn, is updated monthly with Euroclear Sweden AB’s owner registry 10 bank days after month’s end. It is a requirement that one is a share holder in good time i.e. about 5 weeks before the booking is carried out and is found in our database.

For new registrations and updating of customer information in connection with bookings through skistar.com, it is important that complete personal data including your national ID number is provided in order for us to match the owner to Euroclear’s owner registry, which is updated monthly about 10 working days after the end of the month. Please note that the registration is made the month after the settlement date. When this is met, the share holder discount is withdrawn automatically in the booking procedure (provided that the share holder stands for the booking).

Only private persons have the right to a discount, not companies.

Handling of foreign share holders and underage children is managed manually. You contact is via aktieagarservice@skistar.com or +46(0)10 810 96 19, as well as send in a certificate of your holding, so we can register the shares on your customer card. This needs to be done earliest the month after the share is bought. 10 bank days after month’s end, updates are made in our customer database. Register yourself therefore as a new holder in good time, before you book your trip.

The discount cannot be combined with other offers and discounts.

The share holder discount does not apply on shares that are held via capital insurance or pension depot.
