If you have the right to cancel your purchase, SkiStar will make a refund to you. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to package tours, lodging, transportation of people, rental of sports equipment or purchase of an Activity provided on a specific day or during a specific period of time. Ski and BikePasses, activities and sports equipment rentals can always be cancelled until the day before the first date of validity, more details here »
