How to pay

Some of our experiences are paid for online and others on site at Alpine Spa & Relax. Please check this when you book, so you know what applies to the experience you have booked.

Booking/cancellation

Experiences can be booked online, at Alpine Spa or by phone on 62 44 90 00. A booking confirmation will be sent to you, allowing you to check that you have booked the correct date, time and treatment. All our experiences are timed. Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the time of the experience, otherwise you will have to pay the full cost.

Before your stay

Arrive in good time! Remember that your experience has a start and end time. The spa department is located on the 3rd floor, which is through the main entrance and down one flight of stairs. Please contact reception for help finding your way around.

Other info

From 9-11am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, children and youth under the age of 16 are welcome when accompanied by an adult. During other opening hours there is a 16-year age limit. All children and young people (3-15 years) must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Mobile phones, cameras and screens are prohibited inside the waterpark and sauna world. This provides a safer experience. In FlowRider it is permitted to photograph and film your own company.

Important to remember for everyone to enjoy themselves

• Always take a shower before bathing and using the sauna.
• The youngest bathers must always wear a nappy (available free of charge at the entrance).
• Underwear should not be worn under swimwear.
• Bathing is at your own risk, and adults are responsible for their own children.
• Diving masks are not permitted in the pool.
• We are not responsible for loss of valuables.
• Consumption of food or drink is not permitted. We refer you to Poolcafé or Saunabar.
