In case of fire

Download the VEA Fire Safety app to get a fire alarm directly to your mobile phone. This solution is especially useful for people with hearing impairments and people who do not perceive any sound alarms. In the event of a fire alarm, your mobile phone will alert you with vibrations, lights and sounds adapted for the hearing impaired.

Rescue: Rescue a person in acute danger. Protect yourself.
Extinguishers: Extinguish the fire without endangering your life.
Evacuate: Always evacuate when you hear an alarm and wait for further instructions from hotel staff or the emergency service.

The meeting point is located in the SkiStar car park in front of the hotel, the meeting point is signposted.

Important to bear in mind

• Do not use live candles, and turn off all appliances that could cause a fire.
• Always keep the door closed to the hallway - the hallways are evacuation routes and must always be free of prams, sledges, etc.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas.
