On departure, please do the following;
- Recycle and dispose of all rubbish, read more »
- Start the dishwasher (you don’t need to be there to unload it).
- Please put bed linen and towels in a pile on the floor.
- Return your rented equipment to the ski rental. You can leave the equipment in the designated trolleys
- If you have booked anything in the room, you need to pay on My Page or at reception
- Return collected key cards to reception
- Complete our questionnaire, which you will find on the QR code next to the lodging information - we need your feedback to become even better!
Check out
Check out by 11 am at the latest. You can pay at the reception the evening before your departure and leave your keys in the morning of your departure.
