In case of fire

Alarm

The hotel has an automatic fire alarm that is linked to the emergency services.

If the alarm is triggered, sirens sound throughout the building and everyone needs to evacuate the building. On-call staff from SKISTAR and the emergency services will respond.

Rescue: Rescue a person in acute danger. Protect yourself.
Extinguish: Extinguish the fire without endangering yourself.
Evacuate: Always evacuate in case of an alarm and await information from hotel staff or the emergency service.

Meeting point is at the guest car park outside Restaurant Passet / Skistarshop.

• Remember to extinguish live candles and turn off electronic devices.
• Always keep the door closed to the hallway - the hallways are evacuation routes and must always be free of prams, sledges, etc.
• ​Smoking is prohibited around the building or on patios and balconies.
• Entrance opens with check-in code or room key.
