Accommodation information

Child lock window/balcony door

All openable windows and balcony doors are equipped with a child lock. It is opened by pressing both buttons on the top/bottom handle at the same time.

Fire detectors

  • There are IR/smoke/heat detectors in the accommodation. There are also smoke detectors in corridors, lifts and public areas. 
  • Remember to always put the kitchen fan on while cooking. Always keep the outer door closed and open the windows if you need to ventilate the space. If you accidentally set off a detector, the alarm will be sent to the emergency services. Evacuate the building and talk to the arriving staff.

Saune

The sauna has two knobs, one for heat and one for time. If you turn the timer between 0-4 hours, the sauna starts immediately, if you turn it over 4 hours, it starts in the desired number of hours.

Recycling

Outside the property towards the car park there is a recycling station for all waste sorting.

Equipment in your lodging

All lodgings have:

  • Hair dryer
  • Toilet paper
  • Shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. If you run out during your stay, please contact customer service on +46 (0)771-84 00 00 or if you meet any staff on site.
  • Bed linen, plus one large and one small towel per person

Our apartments also have:

  • Tea towel
  • Washing up liquid and dishwasher detergent
  • Dish cloth and brush
  • Waste sorting bags

Coffee filters, spices and paper towels are not available in any accommodation. 

Ski storage

Your ski storage number is the same as your room number. The ski storage room is allocated by the number of beds in each apartment. The storage room is locked with a padlock.

The ski storage room has only ventilation (no boot drying function).

Other

  • It is prohibited to wear ski boots and studded shoes in the accommodation. Keep these in the ski storage room or take them off in the corridor and store them in the hallway.
  • The tap water is drinkable in all apartments/rooms.
  • Routines for lost & found: Contact customer service at +46 (0)771-84 00 00. SkiStar is not responsible for lost/left behind items inside or outside the house. Found items are kept at the reception for two weeks.
