Payment information

Some of our experiences are paid for online, and others on site at Kulpen Spa. Check this when you book, so you know what applies to the experience you have booked.

Booking/cancellation

Experiences can be booked online, at Kulpen or by phone on 62 44 93 45. A booking confirmation will be sent to you, allowing you to check that you have booked the correct date, time and treatment. All our experiences are timed. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the time of the experience, otherwise you will have to pay the full cost.

Before your stay

Arrive in good time! Remember that your experience has a start and end time. The spa is located on the 2nd floor, which you reach by entering the main entrance and going downstairs. Reception can help you with directions if you need assistance.

Other

Between 11:00 and 19:00, children under the age of 14 are welcome when accompanied by an adult. During other opening hours there is a 16-year age limit. All children and young people (3-17 years) must be accompanied by a paying adult.

There is a ban on mobile phones, cameras and screens inside the adventure pool and sauna world. This makes for a safer experience.

Important for everyone to enjoy themselves

• Always take a shower before bathing and using the sauna.
• The youngest bathers should always wear a nappy (available free of charge at the entrance).
• Underwear should not be worn under swimwear.
• Bathing is at your own risk, and adults are responsible for their own children.
• Diving masks are not permitted in the pool.
• We are not responsible for loss of valuables.
• Consumption of food or drink is not permitted. We refer you to Poolcafé or Saunabar.
