Frost Pool & Sauna

After a day on the slopes, Frost Pool & Sauna is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Enjoy body and massage treatments, exciting sauna experiences and our pools both inside and out. Booked treatments include admission to the pool and sauna and the loan of a robe and slippers.

We offer treatments for both adults and children from the age of 8, where a parent can come along and create a wonderful moment together. For the best experience, we recommend a moment in the pool or sauna before your treatment to soften the body.

Here you will find a whirlpool, an ice bath, a caldarium and an infusion sauna. The bar serves chilled drinks and light snacks.

Children are welcome every day from 10am to 7pm and must be accompanied by a paying adult if they are under 12 years old. Children over 12 visiting without an adult must be able to swim at least 200 metres. The evenings from 19-21 are reserved for adults who want a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

As a guest staying at SkiStar Lodge Hundfjället, you get a 50% discount on admission during the winter season 24/25.
