Lodge Spiseri
Here you can eat and drink well from early morning to late evening. You will find varied menus ranging from pastries, hot chocolate and pizza to meat and vegetarian dishes.
Start your day with the large breakfast buffet, where you'll find everything you need – both hot and cold dishes, smoothies, different types of porridge, shots and everything else that belongs to a breakfast buffet.
For lunch, we offer a varied lunch menu of both vegetarian and vegan dishes. It goes without saying that the children have their very own menu.
In the evenings, classic dishes with a twist and authentic Italian pizzas are served. In addition, there are themed evenings and other events on selected days.
If you're in the mood for something sweet, Hemsedal's largest selection of coffee bread is here – choose from cakes, waffles, sandwiches and smoothies. Find your favourite among all the different hot chocolate varieties – all topped with real whipped cream.
Lodgen Spiseri always uses Scandinavian ingredients and close cooperation with local producers in Hemsedal is important.
