Digital key

You need to install the SkiStar app on your phone in order to download your booking and get access to your digital key for your accommodation.

Please note that you need to click on the link in the text message again after you have installed the SkiStar app to download your booking and digital key.

About Digital Key

A big advantage of having a digital key is the ability to share it with everyone travelling with you, so that everyone in your accommodation has a key on their phone. You and anyone you want to share the key with must have the SkiStar app installed and their own SkiStar account.

Share your Digital Key

  1. Install the SkiStar app and follow the link in the text message you received from SkiStar to download your booking and get access to your digital key.
  2. Log in to the SkiStar app. If you don't already have an account, it's easy to create one in the app by registering your email address. To share your digital key, you must be logged in.
  3. Click on Invite people and enter the email address of the person you want to share the key with. The email address has to be linked to a SkiStar account.
  4. All done! Now everyone in your group can download the booking and a digital key in the SkiStar app on their own phone.
