LIFESTYLE MEDICAL CONSULTATION

Are chronic pain, poor sleep, and an upset stomach part of your daily life? Do you struggle to stay calm, to relax, and do you feel like everything is connected? Are you stuck in bad habits and unable to break out of the vicious cycle? Together we look at your daily routines, symptoms and possible imbalances, or perhaps you just want to optimise your already well-functioning body!! We use a health/symptom form and conduct a medically approved on-site screening (10 minutes) that gives us: Wellness Screening / EIS Tech

- HRV - Heart rate variability

- Mineral status

- Blood vessel health

- Inflammation markers

- Indications of gastrointestinal imbalances

- Oxidative stress

We create a personalised set of about 2-4 tips that can be incorporated into your daily routine. We suggest a follow-up consultation within 2-4 weeks, if desired.

T.R.E - Tension Release Exercise

A natural restorative tool for a stiff body, an overthinking mind, sleep problems, cross-back problems, and perhaps a tight jaw? Everyday problems that seem to have become the new "normal"!

All these symptoms indicate an overactive nervous system, a system stuck in fight/flight mode and which therefore struggles to recover optimally! Learn how to activate the body's own natural self-healing mechanism through neurogenic scans. A method that is natural for all mammals to relieve stress and is used around the world, including by the US military.

The introduction consists of a 90-minute session and includes the following:

- A health form and preparatory information.

- A mini-intro of about 10 minutes long at the first session.

- TRE is a practical tool implemented via 7 different calming and empathetic exercises.

- You will receive an informative folder as part of your introduction.

- Please wear comfortable clothes - this is a restorative exercise.

 After these two sessions, the idea is for you to be able to train TRE at home on your own.
