Skutskjutet in Åre

The classic Skutskjutet downhill competition is back on 29 March. A downhill race for all levels, great memories that last a lifetime, a journey you'll never forget!

Skutskjutet in Rödkullen is Scandinavia's largest and most thrilling downhill race! The race is a true Åre classic with a long and glorious history stretching back an impressive 49 years. With 21 starting classes, there's something for everyone, from beginners to veterans, so everyone can join in the fun!

Bibs and late registration

Collection of number bibs and late registration will take place at SkiStarshop Hanson during the following times:

Thursday 27 March 08:30-19:00
Friday 28 March 08:30-19:00
Please note that late registration is not possible on race day.

Uncollected bibs can be collected from SkiStarshop Rödkullen on Saturday 29 March from 07:30.

Team competition for all levels

Now you have a fantastic opportunity to get out on the mountain, either as a participant or a spectator! Bring your friends, family, or colleagues and join the team competition for 3–5 participants – a great way to have fun together! Only the three best times per team count, so everyone can contribute in their own way. The competition concludes with an awards ceremony and a big outdoor après-ski.

Entertainment for all ages

Skutskjutet is an amazing event with incredible entertainment, fantastic prizes and a truly fantastic atmosphere. Families with children can have a blast with their little ones, groups of friends can compete against each other, and even companies can use the opportunity for some truly memorable team-building.
