Activities during the summer and autumn season
Fast-paced downhill biking, or a leisurely walk. Summer in the mountains can be energetic or restful and offers activities to suit everyone in your company.
Downhill and cross-country cycling
The snow and the ski slopes conceal bike trails of varying difficulty levels, both for those who want to take the lift up and whizz back down the slopes on downhill bikes and for those who would rather ride great trails up on the mountain. It's a fantastic feeling to experience the mountain environment from the saddle and get that fresh air into your lungs. And everyone can ride a bike at their own level. Our paths and trails are built both for experts and for beginners, downhill and cross-country.
Experience excitement among the treetops
Many of our destinations offer an activity that is perfect for your conference in the mountains. Climbing parks have become incredibly popular for both young and old. Here you can choose from trails of varying difficulty, with exciting elements such as ziplines and tree bridges high up in the trees. Instructors are available to provide guidance and help when needed, so everyone can share the unique climbing experience together.
Surfing
Try out indoor surfing with Experium's unique FlowRider®. Experience the feeling of gliding over the water and become one with the wave. Our FlowRider® is suitable for all types of riders and our instructors give everyone an experience to talk about for many a moon.
River activities for the summer conference
Down the Trysilelva river awaits experiences that strengthen the bond between colleagues and promote collaboration. Choose from leisurely or more challenging activities, depending on your team's preferences.
Rafting is an exciting and fun activity where you work together to navigate your way down the river, whether you choose the family-friendly version or the more demanding one.
For the adventurous, canyoning offers a unique nature experience. Climb mountainsides, jump into the water and toboggan down waterfalls. Participants choose whether to actively participate or enjoy the view as a spectator on each of the challenges.
Hiking
If you want to explore the mountains by foot, you’ll have a remarkable experience. Trails are well signed, with red or yellow crosses, and there are picnic shelters, huts and wind shelters for those in need of a break along the way.
Golf
Bring your colleagues to try out a golf course in the mountains! In Sälen, the golf course is 500 metres above sea level and you can play 18 holes with a magnificent view of the mountains.
Working out, outdoors and in
Break up your conference and be inspired by the beautiful views of the outdoor gym! Lightweights and heavyweights alike all have the opportunity to come and experience a great workout with a high dose of healthy mountain air. If you'd rather work out indoors, traditional gyms are available.
