Working a season with us is more than just a job, it means gaining work experience in an exciting industry, where you will have the chance to build knowledge and experience.
Beyond the work, you'll have the chance to live and work with others who may become lifelong friends.
Who can apply
Anyone who is curious about our seasonal jobs in the mountains can apply, regardless of personality, age or previous experience. No prior knowledge is usually required, we will train you.
We're looking for people with the right attitude and the desire to create memorable mountain experiences.
Age?
The age limit for working seasonally and living in our staff accommodation is 18 years.
Do I have to be able to ski?
No, you don't. We have several different types of services both outdoors and indoors such as hotel, restaurant, shop, lift attendant and more.
Accommodation
Living in our destinations means that you have nature and the mountains right on your doorstep, giving you great opportunities to experience everything there is to do in the mountains.
We are able to offer staff accommodation extensively in our destinations. Our staff accommodation is shared accommodation where you live and work together with other colleagues.
Leisure time
Community is the word that many of our employees cite as the biggest reason why they enjoy working with us at SkiStar.
Creating a good atmosphere among our employees is something we think is important, which is why we place great emphasis on ensuring a wonderful sense of community and a pleasant atmosphere by organising staff activities and employee surveys on an ongoing basis.
