Philippe Raoux Ecocuir Short is a modern version of Hestra's classic Philippe Raoux glove launched in the early 1990s. A short, flexible alpine glove that works just as well on the piste as a good bit outside.

The Philippe Raoux glove is named after a legendary French ski instructor and mountain guide who Hestra got to know in Val d’Isère in the 1990s. Here it is in a short version for skiers who prefer a lightweight, flexible glove with a timeless design.

The outer glove is made of chrome-free Ecocuir cowhide and durable polyamide fabric, while the inner glove with G-Loft synthetic filling insulates and wicks away moisture. The lining is easy to remove for washing and drying, and can also be varied according to weather and activity level – handy if you're hiking uphill, for example. And if you take off the glove to adjust the equipment, a wrist strap ensures that you don't lose it.
