Book with confidence with SkiStar's alpine snow guarantee 2024/25
Our alpine snow guarantee applies to all our ski resorts and gives you the opportunity to re-book your trip or get your money back if we can’t give you the skiing experience we promised.
Our ski resorts have unique geographical locations with different conditions. If the ski resort you have booked does not fulfil the alpine snow guarantee, you can choose to re-book for another one of our ski resorts.
Our Alpine Snow Guarantee applies to all our ski resorts from December 14, 2024 until the end of the season in spring 2025.
If you’re visiting us early in the season, we’ll even offer you free cancellation or re-booking up until the date when the alpine snow guarantee takes effect. For pre-season trips (November 4 – December 13, 2024), cancellations and re-booking are free of charge up until you check in. Find out more »
